A MINIMALIST STRUCTURE SUPPORTS GEOMETRIC PERFECTION IN SEARCH OF A TIMEless PIECE.
Since January 2019 I started a collaborative design project together with Andrea Pérez Albiol and Cristina Martí Monferrer. We worked on the design of DUET in collaboration with contract furniture design company INCLASS.
Duet is a family of side tables that seeks to play with the space in a very particular way, thanks to its friendly shapes and minimalist geometry. We always wanted to express dynamism with the Duet form. A tubular steel frame supports the geometric perfection of the circumference getting a timeless piece.
The collection is made up of two different lines. The first is more classic, combining the natural finish of wood with its steel structure, and the second is more minimalist and made exclusively of steel.
The attention to detail turns the two lines into a product that fits perfectly in any space.
Intercrea is an annual workshop held by the Universitat Jaume I. Students of the Industrial Design Engineering Degree work close to leading companies in the design sector. In 2019 the collaborating company was INCLASS.
A Mediterranean brand that has achieved great recognition in the design of contract furniture. Its portfolio is made up of collaborations with international designers that give rise to pieces of great aesthetic and functional value.
