Yesterday the 8th National Packaging Design and Sustainability Awards were held. I attended as a finalist in one of the 5 projects submitted to the competition this year by the companies Postres Lácteos Romar, Logifruit, Quadpack, Triana Packaging and Pharma and the multinational Menshen.
6 classmates from Jaume I University and I attended the awards ceremony knowing that we had possibilities, since we had finalist designs in 4 of the 5 projects.
My entry was the winner in the project proposed by Menshen, which consisted of designing a cap with a “childproof” system that the younger members of the family could not open, but allowed the oldest to open it without great difficulty.
I have to thank the Packaging and Packaging Innovation Cluster for the opportunity to participate in this design contest and Menshen for apreciating my work and choosing it as the winner.
All this without forgetting to congratulate my colleagues Daniel Martin and Victor Llopis who won as a team the projects proposed by Postres Lácteos Romar and Triana.
