SOUND TECHNOLOGY WITH A CLASSIC TOUCH.
In view of my proposal for the Klipsch Audio contest, I decided to make a design clearly reminiscent of classical technology. A current product with a clear nod to the past.
The American audio device company Klipsch organized a design contest for students and young designers. Two possibilities of participation were proposed, and one of them was the design of a new model of earphones for the Heritage range, the most classic of its portfolio.
A black steel body with brass details forms the perfect body for the product, with leather and wood finishes to end up giving that classic look that was requested in the brand’s briefing. The design follows the clear pattern established by the Heritage line of Klipsch.
Since 1946 Klipsch has been manufacturing high quality audio devices with the latest technology and hardware, without forgetting its origins and the craftsmanship of its products.
In 2019 Klipsch presented the bases of its European contest.
