Modeling and rendering of the Sworks 7 cycling shoes from Specialized. I had always wanted to try modeling footwear, but the results using surfaces in CAD programs are too rough for the laborious work, so I went for it using the Autodesk program. Seeking to expand the options and the results that I can obtain with my renders, I decided to improve my modeling skills with 3DS max.
I modeled the shoe body with 3Ds max and added the modeled BOA system in Solid Works.
Once the product modeling was finished, I started to make different renders in Keyshot.
To finish, I experimented with a Louis Vuitton-inspired final render with a plush fabric on the toe of the shoe.
As a cyclist, the products of the American brand seem to me to be the most attractive on the market, and their top-of-the-range shoes are for me one of the ones that look the most in the peloton.
