Sergio Ramón Lucea
Hello, this is Sergio,
welcome to my
work
Onus is a kit for the transformation of bicycles into cargobikes, designed for my final degree project.
The coupling was designed so that the handling of the bicycle is influenced as little as possible. For this purpose, I chose to minimize the increase of the distance between wheel axles, in order to maintain agile control of the bicycle.
Duet is a family of side tables that seeks to play with space in a very particular way. A tubular steel structure supports the geometric perfection of the circumferences in search of a timeless piece.
I worked on the whole process of creating ideas and sketches and made the 3D models and renders throughout the development. I also prepared the parts for CNC fabrication.
Personal redesign project of the Rapha Flyweight goggles.
It is a subtle redesign that seeks to express more aggressiveness and speed with sharper shapes, without losing the essence of the brand.
Shoe modeling and rendering done using 3DS Max and Keyshot
Looking to expand the options and results I can get in my renderings, I set out to improve my modeling skills with 3DS max.
JUST FOR FUN!
Project of modeling, rendering and video realization of a helmet for cycling.
The project was based on the modeling of a complex element to make an animation. For the realization of the project I used 3DS Max, Keyshot and After Effects. This is the result obtained.
Obviously time goes by and criticism of past work is necessary. I can assure that the glitch effect was not the best choice.Cyc
In January 2022, I dived into the cycling industry in what is proving to be a frenetic journey full of new projects that tests my organizational skills every day.
ROTOR has turned out to be the challenge I needed. One that brings together all the work I like to do, joining the most aesthetic part of engineering with the purest graphic design. It makes me learn every day, improving the skills I already had and learning to manage resources and expectations in the best possible way.
As a cyclist, ending up having a key role within a cycling-related company has always been on my mind. Once those thoughts have come true, I just have to work, learn and improve.
2022 has been a year full of projects and work that cannot yet be shown, but here are some glimpses of the work done.
If you want to see more work or more information you can visit my portfolio and enter each project individually. I also invite you to see the Board page, where there is an image board where you can see works that are not in my portfolio.
